5. Minor changes are acceptable (like changing race/sex/little hairstyle changes/slight colour changes)
6. Can't resell for more than you originaly paid for it, unless it have an extra art.

BIO:
Pixie ponies are legendary fairy ponies, known from many old stories. They're living in harmony with nature, and they're born with magical powers what can bring wishes - but not their own. They can use their power only for other pony, and only once for each. 
Many ponies don't know that they exist - they think they're just fairytail characters. Only few ponies were able to met any of them, and been lucky enough to get their wish come true by Pixie. Fairies still wait for more brave ponies, who will come across their way. 
Personality:
- They're really kind, but they just love to prank ponies. If something strange happens and no one can't say why, it's often a Pixie fault.
- They're calm and exact, but they can fly and run really fast.
Out of that, you have free hand to give your OC any personality you only want!
